Sharelynn Moore is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, transformation, and operational excellence in the energy and cleantech industries. As CEO of 4Liberty, Inc., a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise, she leads a team of experts delivering high-impact program and project management services that support the energy transition. 4Liberty partners with utilities to optimize performance, accelerate capital deployment, enhance customer experience, and drive progress in grid modernization, system resiliency, advanced technology deployment, and effective capital planning.

In her previous roles, Sharelynn served as Senior Vice President of Networked Solutions at Itron, leading the company’s largest global business segment focused on AMI and Smart Grid technologies, with over $1.4 billion in revenue. At Bloom Energy, she drove the company’s global growth strategy and business development efforts, including strategic partnerships and market expansion. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered transformative results, leading 70%+ linear growth in distributed energy, expanding into new international markets, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams that thrive across geographies and industries.

She currently serves as a board member for Arable, a company that brings industrial IoT and data-driven insights to agriculture. She is also a member of YPO, a private network for CEOs. Throughout her career, she has a passion for elevating women in their careers and has served as a mentor in both informal and formal programs. Her life’s mission is to create lasting impact in the energy transition as we work with stakeholders to create a more sustainable and resilient energy future.

She is a proud mother her two children and her dog Murphy. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, and cheering on her favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys and San Diego Padres.
