DIRECTOR OF SALES OPERATIONS | WASION AMERICAS
Salvador Jimenez serves as Director of Sales Operations at Wasion Americas, where he leads strategic sales enablement, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational processes that drive revenue growth and sales performance. In this role, he focuses on aligning systems, data, and cross-functional teams to improve visibility, efficiency, and execution across the organization’s North American sales operations.
With more than 15 years of experience in sales operations, financial planning, and supply chain management, Salvador brings deep expertise in forecasting, CRM optimization, sales compensation design, and data-driven decision-making. He has a proven track record of transforming operational processes and building scalable frameworks that support high-performing sales organizations. Throughout his career, he has supported over $2 billion in annual revenue and bookings, developing executive dashboards, pipeline health metrics, and performance reporting that enable informed strategic decisions.
Prior to joining Wasion Americas, Salvador spent over a decade at Itron and Silver Spring Networks, where he held roles including Senior Sales Excellence Analyst, Master Scheduler, and Program/Project Administrator. Earlier in his career, he held
leadership roles in supply chain, inventory management, and cost accounting, where he implemented process improvements that increased efficiency, reduced manual reporting, and enhanced operational performance across multiple business units.
Salvador holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad de Guadalajara, graduating with honors, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, bringing strong communication and collaboration skills
to cross-functional teams.
