Ryan Tindall, Director of Finance | Wasion Americas

Ryan Tindall serves as Director of Finance at Wasion Americas, where he oversees all finance and accounting operations for the company. He is responsible for financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial processes that support the company’s growth and operational performance.

Ryan brings more than 17 years of experience in finance, including extensive work in the wireless telecommunications sector, construction and engineering services, and the electrical and power grid industry. His expertise spans financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, P&L management, accounts receivable and payable, audit support, and process improvement. Prior to joining Wasion Americas, he managed financial operations for Smart Wires, led construction finance and cost strategies for NVR/Ryan Homes, and directed financial teams at Tower Engineering Professionals supporting a $120M operational budget across multiple engineering disciplines. Earlier in his career, Ryan held roles in site acquisition finance, project accounting, and revenue recognition for companies in wireless infrastructure and enterprise technology.

A consistent driver of financial excellence, Ryan has led ERP implementations, improved departmental forecasting accuracy, implemented automated workflows, strengthened governance practices, and built cross-functional financial processes that improve transparency and decision-making. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, ability to simplify complex financial issues, and commitment to building strong financial foundations for growing organizations.

Ryan holds an MBA from North Carolina State University.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes, a team tied closely to his personal history, as his first date with his now-wife was at a Hurricanes game. He is also an avid animal lover and is often kept busy by his three dogs: Penny, Charlie, and Emmy.
