Jessica Robles serves as Logistics Director at Wasion Americas, where she oversees international logistics, transportation management, and strategic sourcing. Her role focuses on driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening vendor partnerships, and ensuring consistent on-time delivery across global supply chain networks.

With more than 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Jessica has led operations across the manufacturing, consumer goods, and distribution sectors, managing international flows spanning the U.S., Mexico, Latin America, China, and Europe. She specializes in global logistics and compliance, freight and transportation management, supply chain optimization, carrier negotiations, and inventory planning and forecasting.

Jessica’s career highlights include leading a global logistics optimization initiative that reduced shipping costs by 18% while improving delivery reliability across North America and Asia. She has managed multimodal transportation networks, strengthened vendor relationships, and implemented workflow improvements that consistently enhance on-time performance and overall supply chain resilience.

Jessica holds a B.A. in International Business from Berkeley College and is currently pursuing Lean Six Sigma certification.

Outside of work, she is passionate about mentoring emerging supply chain professionals and she volunteers with international organizations that support the UN Sustainable Development Goals and global wellbeing.
